High temperature silicon float switch is a mechanical or electronic device that senses changes in liquid level through buoyancy, High temperature silicon float switch is used to monitor and high temperature silicon float switch is used to control the liquid level height of a liquid container. High temperature silicon float switch core function is to trigger switch signals based on the rise and high temperature silicon float switch core function is fall of the liquid level switch, to achieve liquid level switch, pump valve start stop or automatic control.

Working principle of cable float switch and liquid level switch:
 

In buoyancy driven: cable float switch interior of the floating ball is usually a hollow structure (such as plastic or stainless steel), cable float switch floats up and down with the liquid level switch by buoyancy.

 

Cable float switch and liquid level switch in mechanical linkage: cable float switch floating ball is connected to internal switches (such as reed switches, micro switches) through connecting rods, levers, or cables, and when the liquid level switch changes, cable float switch drives the liquid level switch contacts to act (on/off circuit).

 

Cable float switch in signal output: cable float switch's output dry contact signals (normally open/normally closed) or electrical signals (such as 4-20mA), cable float switch are linked with the liquid level switch  control system (PLC, relays, etc.).

 

How to use the High temperature silicon float switch:

 

1. Pass high temperature silicon float switch cable of the corrosion resistant liquid level switch through the concave circular hole in the center of the heavy hammer, gently push the heavy hammer, and high temperature silicon float switch plastic ring embedded above the circular hole will fall off due to high temperature silicon float switch pushing force of the cable head (you can also use a screwdriver to remove the plastic ring). Then, put the fallen plastic ring on the cable to fix the heavy hammer to the desired position of the liquid level switch.

 

2. Gently push ,crown resistance heavy hammer to pull out the cable until ,crown resistance center of the hammer grips crown resistance plastic ring.

 

3. In crown resistance use, a copper wire or other object can be used to fix crown resistance heavy hammer on the cable (with both ends clamped) or on the inner wall of the container to prevent crown resistance heavy hammer from sliding and affecting crown resistance control of crown resistance water level.

 

4. Please pull crown resistance cable directly onto crown resistance control box and avoid using intermediate connectors as much as possible to prevent them from entering the liquid level switch.
